一つ目は、英語力を高めることです。そのためにホストファミリーとたくさんコミュニケーションを取りたいです。

2つ目は、テーマについてしっかり調査することです。

今回の研修旅行で、たくさんのことを学びたいです。

The first one, is to improve the English language skills throuth homestay.

The second is to investigate about the  my theme.

My Ambition (Chika.K)

私は初めて海外へ行きます。
分らないことが沢山ありますが、できるだけ沢山のことを学びたいです。
今回の研修旅行が自分を変える機会になればいいなと思います。

It is my first time going abroad.
Although　there is a lot thing that I don't know, I would like to learn things as many as possible.
I hope that it is opportunity to change myself in this trip.

抱負（姫野）

研修の目的は主に２つです。
１つ目に、テーマである「感染領域における病院薬剤師の役割」について調査し、日米で比較することです。また、アメリカの病院や薬局などを見学できることが楽しみで、その経験を今後に生かしたいと思います。
２つ目はDuquesne大学の学生と交流し視野を広げることです。英語でのコミュニケーション力を向上させ、文化に触れたいです。
今後、自分の目指す薬剤師像を考える際、このアメリカ研修は貴重な経験になると思います。

I have 2 purposes of this pharmacy trip.
First, I want to investigate my theme,"the role of the hospital pharmacist in the infection domain." I look forward to visiting a hospital and pharmacy in the U.S. and I want to use this experience from now on.
Second, I want to interchange with the student of the Duquesne University and broaden my horizons.
I believe that this trip will be a valuable experience when I think about my pharmacist image I aimed for.

私には2つの抱負があります。
まずアメリカの医療の現状を知りたいです。
そしてそれを将来に活かせたら良いと考えています。
次に英語でのコミュニケーション能力を向上したいと考えています。

English:
I have 2 aspiration.
First, I want to know the state of America about medicine in this study tour.
And I want to use this experience in a future.
Second, I want to improve my communication ability in English.
I expect this tour will be productive.

Ambition on going to the United States (Yoko)

I'm Yoko and the 3rd grader of school of pharmaceutical sciences.

In a short term, I want to improve command of English even a little by mentioning standard English.
In addition, I want to learn a difference with United States and Japan even a little by going to the United States.

It is the first time that I go to United State,  but I'll do my best  to be able to convey my opinion in English.

また、アメリカと日本との違いを実際にアメリカへ行くことで少しでも学んできたいと思います。

アメリカ研修での抱負 宮本理絵

今回のアメリカ研修での目的は3つあります。まず一つ目は、見学やアンケートを通して、代替医療の比較調査をすること。
2つ目は、ESLの授業やホームステイを通して、英語を少しでも話せるようになること。
3つ目は、ホストファミリーやペンパル、デュケーン大学の学生との交流を通してアメリカの文化を知ること。
この3つをしっかり実行できるようにがんばりたいです。

I have 3 purposes at the training in USA.
First,I want to comparative survey of alternative medicine through study and questions.
2nd,I want to be able to speak English through ESL class and home stay.
3rd,I want to know American culture through communication with host family,pen pal and Duquesne university students.
I do my best to carry out these three.

今回のアメリカ研修では、ホームステイがあるので、私はアメリカの文化に触れたいと思います。またペンパルに実際に会うのは初めてなので、とても楽しみにしています。アメリカでは薬剤師がどのような仕事を実際にしているのかを見て、将来に役立てたいと思っています。また、日本とは薬学部の学生の授業も異なるので、ペンパルに教えてもらいたいと思っています。アメリカ研修でであったペンパルやホームステイ先の家族と仲良くなりたいと思っています。

Because there is homestay in this training
in the United States, I want to touch the American culture. In addition, I look
forward to very much because this is the first time that I really meet a
pen-pal. I see what kind of work a pharmacist really does in the United States
and want to make use in the future. In addition, I want to have a pen-pal tell
me because the class of the student of Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences is
different from Japan. It was in the training in the United States and wants to make
friends with a pen-pal and a family of the homestay.

今日はアメリカ研修前の最後の集合になりました。
入国の時の注意やアメリカでのパーティーの出し物について話し合いました。

出し物の詳細も決まり、スライドの担当も決まりました。
しっかり準備してよいお披露目ができたらと思います。

研修旅行への抱負 2回 入佐（Irisa）

【日本語】

今回の研修旅行を通して学びたい事が大きく分けて２つあります。

１つは日本とアメリカの薬剤師の働き方の違いを学びたいです。
また、私のテーマは「日本とアメリカでのジェネリック医薬品の使用の違い」です。
今まで日本の現状を調べたり、アンケートを実施してきました。なので、アメリカでも現状を調べ、アンケート調査を実施して、日本と比較していきます。

２つめはアメリカでの生活を楽しみたいです。
日本での生活と違う部分が多いと思うので、ホストファミリーにいろいろ教わりながら生活に慣れていきたいと思います。
また、日本と似ている部分も見つけて、発見を楽しんでいきたいです。

I wont to learn through traveling two things.

At first, I learn btween Japan and America.
My theme is "Difference in the use of generic drug in Japan and the United States".
I checked the present conditions of Japan and carried out a questionnaire.
So, I wont to check the present conditions in the United States and carry out quest
ionarry survey and compare it with Japan.

The second wants to enjoy life in the United States.

Becouse I think that there are many parts until life in Japan, it wants to fit life while learing it in a host family in various ways. In addition, I find the part resembling Japan and want to enjoy discovery.

私のアメリカ薬学研修の目的は2つあります。

まず、ホームステイや英語の授業を通して英語力を向上させることです。
英語を話せるということは今後の社会で重要な能力のひとつだと考えています。

次に、アメリカの文化を学ぶことです。
ホームステイによって生活の文化を学び、見学などによって薬剤師の仕事を学びたいです。特に日本と薬剤師の違いを学び、今後の勉強に役立てたいです。

そして、アメリカを楽しみたいと思います。

I have two purpose that I want to lean through America pharmacy training .

First ,I improve my English through homestay and English class.
It is that can speak English will believe that it is one of the most important capacity in a future society.

 一つ目は、英語力を向上させることです。

ホストファミリーとコミュニケーションを図りながら、またデュケーン大学での講義を通して英語力を向上させたいと思います。

アメリカ研修への抱負

一つ目はアメリカと日本の薬学教育の違いについてしっかり調査することです。

二つ目はアメリカの薬局やNIHなどを見て、今後、勉強していくためのモチベーションアップをすることです。

三つ目はホームステイで苦手な英語を少しでも改善することです。
アメリカの文化を感じながら、積極的に英語を話したいです。


目的を忘れずにみんなで楽しく研修をしたいです。


Aspiration to America pharmacy training

The first is to investigate about the difference in the Japanese pharmacy education with the United States.

The second is to see American pharmacy and NIH and raise the motivation to study from now on .

The third is to improve English which is not like even a little by home-stay.
I'd like to speak English aggressively while feeling American culture.

Without forgetting the purpose, I'd like to do the training happily by everyone.

アメリカ研修における抱負 大沢

アメリカ研修におけるひとつ目の抱負は、医療におけるアメリカと日本の違いを見ることにより、将来の薬剤師がどうあるべきかを知りたいです。
もうひとつは、英語力をつけることです。今回は、ホームステイがあるので、英語に触れる機会が多いです。ホストファミリーとたくさんコミュニケーションを取って、行く前よりも英語を話すことができるようにしたいです。

My first hope of training in America is knowing what a pharmacist should be by seeing difference of medical  between America and Japan.
Second  hope is to acquire English ability.I will do a homestay in America,so l have many opportunities to speak English.l want to communicate with hostfamily and be able to speak English better than before.

アメリカ薬学研修への抱負 4回生冨永達朗(Tommy)

 私が受けた教育は、日本の中のみであったため、私は自分が学んできた事が正しいのかを比較する対象が有りませんでした。それと同じように、私は日本の薬剤師しか知りません。
 この状態はとても危険で有ると私は考えています。なぜなら、批判的吟味ができないからです。

 よって、今回の研修で私は、アメリカにおける薬学部や薬剤師の在り方を学ぶことで、日本の薬学部、薬剤師がどのように有るべきかを考えたいと思っています。



I studied only in Japan, so, I can't compare that really I studied correct things. I think, this situation has a risk. Because, we can't examine critically.

So, I want to examine how should   pharmacist in Japan do and pharmaceutical student do, by studying about American.

抱負(松尾)

薬学部1回の松尾諒です。
アメリカ薬学研修に参加するに辺り、私は２つの抱負を掲げたいと思います。
1つ目は、アメリカでの学習を通じ、今後の学生生活の目標を見つけることです。
普通では経験することのできない、アメリカでの講義やNIHなどの施設見学を通じて、目標を見つけたいです。そして、その目標により今後の学生生活をより有意義なものにしたいです。

2つ目はアメリカの文化を学ぶことです。
ホームステイや、学生との交流を通じてアメリカの文化を学びたいです。また、会話や学習で、英語の上達も目指したいです。

I have  two aspiration  on American  pharmacy training.

First,I want to find  my objective in my school life in future by  studying in America.Through

 taking and visiting NIH which is valuable experience,I want to find my objective .I want  to make my school life more useful by the objective.

Second,I want to learn American culture.Through doing the home stay and exchange with student,I want  to learn American culture.And then I want to get good English skill by taking class and talking.

薬学部2回の宮内悠衣です。

ついに、アメリカへの出発まで1ヶ月を切りました。
この約10ヶ月間、たくさんのミーティングを重ね
アンケートを取ったり、薬局や薬草園に行くなど、日本での調査・準備を進めてきました。

アメリカでの研修をより充実したものとするため、抱負を綴りたいと思います。
この研修で、私の大きな目的として3つあります。

まず、1つ目はアメリカの医療を学び・考えることです。
今までの日本での調査で、日本の医療の良い点も悪い点も学習してきました。
アメリカで直に薬局や病院を訪問したり、デュケーン大学でのレクチャーを受けることで、
アメリカの医療の良い点も悪い点も知りたいと考えます。
その上で、私が将来目指すべき医療人を明確化できればと思います。

そして、2つ目は英語力を向上させることです。
薬学のレクチャーのみならず、英語のレクチャーも受けることができます。
さらに、今回の研修ではホームステイもあり研修ならではの英語に触れることができます。
失敗を恐れず、積極的に英語を習得し英語力向上に繋げたいと考えます。

最後に、3つ目は全力で研修を楽しむことです。
今回のアメリカ訪問・滞在は研修であり、決して遊びの旅行ではありません。
しかし、上記2点を含めアメリカ滞在中の全ての時間を全力で楽しんできたいと思います。

そして何より、サカマキ先生や白川先生を始めとする先生方・家族・一緒に行く研修メンバー、
支えていただいている全ての方々に感謝の気持ちを忘れず、精進して研修を進めて参ります。

追記、
昨年6月以来の再会となる、デュケーン大学の先生・友人に会えること。
そして、メールでのやり取りを行っているホストファミリーに会えること。
心より楽しみにしています。

I am Yui Miyauchi and 2nd grade of pharmacy.

Finally, it was under one month until go to Pittsburgh.
We had many meeting and research Japanese medical treatment.

I will write down my aspiration for this study and training trip.
I had three purpose in it.

At first, I learn and consider American medical treatment.
I learned good point and bad point about Japanese medical treatment in research in Japan.
I would like to study good point and bad point about American medical treatment by take classes and go to hospital and pharmacy.
And I will find definitely the healthcare woker image which I should become in my future.

Second, I improve my English.
I will take not only pharmacy classes also English classes and have homestay.
I don't afraid to make mistakes and use English positively.

Third, I enjoy this trip so much.
It is  study and training and never private trip.
But, I enjoy EVERYTHING.

And it isbest I would like to write down that
I appreciate that I get suppot from teachers, my family and friends.

Postscript,
I am very looking forward to meet teacher and my friends in Duquesne University again and meet my host family.

アメリカ薬学研修への抱負(森川)

アメリカではセルフメディケーションの意識が高く、薬局薬剤師は患者さんから頼りにされており、また臨床においても専門的な知識を活かし処方提案するなど薬剤師が活躍していると知りました。私は薬局実習や病院実習を控えているので、アメリカの薬剤師さんの働きや活躍をしっかり見て学び、実習に活かしたいと思っております。
また、NIHの見学で新医薬品の研究開発について学びたいです。

In United States,Pharmasists are trusted by patients because people have a high awareness for self-medication. And pharmasists are active in clinical field. For example,they suggest formulation for doctors. So I will base on this trip for my practical training.
And more, I want to learn of resarch and development about new drug from visit NIH.

アメリカ薬学研修への抱負(高木）

私のアメリカ薬学研修の研修テーマは、「美白化粧品」についてです。
現在日本にもサプリメント、外用薬、医療用医薬品としての美白製品など、様々な商品があります。この「美白化粧品」において、日米間ではどのような違いがあるのか？有効成分として入っているもの、含量、またその商品における薬剤師の関わり（どういった症状にどのような商品を勧めるのか、など）、また日米間では購入目的や購入の決め手となる理由は異なるのか、などを調査しようと思っています。
又、1週間のホームスティで異文化を感じれたらいいなと思っています。

My　preliminary survey is the different perspectives of skin lightening.
Now,japanese product is supplement,external prescription medication,OTC products and homeopathic product,etc....
I'm going to inquire into the different between japan and U,S
For example,active ingredient,content,how recomend product as pharmacist
And,I want to know about different cultures in homestay.

アメリカ研修への抱負 (堀田)

今回のアメリカ研修旅行に参加するにあたり、私は大きく2つの目標を掲げたいと思います。
1つ目はアメリカの医療の現状を知り学ぶことです。研修旅行中はデュケーン大学で薬学部の講義を受けさせていただいたり、医療施設を見学をさせていただく機会があります。それらを通して日本にいる時には学べないことを吸収したいと思っています。また、自身の研修テーマであるICU領域で働く薬剤師の方の役割についても出来る限り調査を進め、帰国後日本とアメリカの比較調査が出来るよう努力したいと思います。
2つ目はアメリカの生活･文化を知ることです。研修中ピッツバーグではホームステイをさせて頂く機会もあるので、その中でアメリカの生活スタイルに触れることが出来たらと思います。またDC,NYでの観光やミュージカル鑑賞を通してアメリカの文化を体感できればとも思っています。そして日本を出て海外に行くことで自身の視野を広げられる研修旅行に出来たらと思います！

I have two objects in this trip to USA.
First, I want to learn the present medical situations in America. We have opportunities for taking pharmaceutical lessons and inspecting medical institutions.
So I want to learn many things which can't study in Japan.
Second, I want to feel American culture and life style. We will live with local families for 1 week. So I think experience American lifestyle. Also we will go sightseeing in DC and NY. We will able to appreciate Broadway musical.  I want to experience American traditional culture through them.
I want to widen my outlook on life by this trip.

出発まで残り一か月を切りました。みんなで協力して頑張っていきたいです。
